Good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) are regulatory requirements that provide guidelines for procedures and documentation necessary to assure that the product produced has the identity, strength, composition, quality, and purity it is represented to possess. Nordic Naturals has earned cGMP certification from NSF International.

NSF Certified for Sport Program
Also known as the Athletic Banned Substances Certification Program, the NSF Certified for Sport Program is a rigorous testing and certification process designed to guarantee that athletes have access to nutritional products that are free from banned substances or their metabolites. Certified products are provided with an approval symbol for use on packaging. Nordic Naturals is the first fish oil worldwide to be NSF Certified for Sport.

LEED: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED is an internationally-recognized green building certification system intended to provide a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations, and maintenance solutions. LEED provides third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance in metrics such as energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
